A High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) workout that lasts four minutes (one cycle). Class will consist of 4-5 cycles using the 20/10 Tabata Method…20 seconds of moderate to high intensity work immediately followed by 10 seconds of rest. Body bars, dumbbells and resistance tubing may be used to maximize your fat burning potential!
