A moderate intensity shallow water training program performed chest-deep. This class is designed to help burn calories while building strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness. A total body workout with adaptations for lower and higher intensities to fit a variety of age groups and fitness levels. A wonderful introduction to water fitness!
