Tuesdays: 7:00pm - 8:00pm

Doubles Strategy Clinic

This class offers drills and instructions to improve your doubles match play for both recreational and league play. For men and women who are low intermediate level and above.

Thursdays: 7:30pm - 8:30pm

High Octane Men's Tennis Workout

Join us for 90 minutes of competitive drills on Sunday mornings. A great way to start your Sunday, this clinic consists of 60 minutes of fast-paced drills followed by 30 minutes of supervised match play. For 3.0 – 4.0 level players.

Sundays: 8:30am - 10:00am

Cardio Tennis

This is a high-energy workout that combines tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full-body, calorie burning aerobic workout.

Fridays: 9:30am - 11:00am Sundays: 10:00am - 11:00am

Sundays: 11:00am - 12:30pm
(for NTRP 3.5+)

Stroke of the Week

An instructional hour of an intense breakdown of the stroke of the week. Class will focus on a different stroke per week and offer drills using the chosen stroke. Forehands, Backhands, Serves, Volley, Overheads & Return of Serve. For men and women of all levels.

Wednesdays: 7:30pm - 8:30pm
