It may be a first at Wayside, but this proven program is a fun, gentle, competition-style weight-loss challenge for men and women looking to shed some weight. If you’re ready to lose 10-24 pounds effectively and safely, and keep it off, this challenge is for YOU!

1 class per week is included in 28-Day Challenge program fee. Additional small group training classes are available for purchase as a discounted rate.
