If you’ve struggled to lose weight before, this 28-Day Weight Loss Challenge is for you!

It may be a first at Wayside, but this proven program is a fun, gentle, competition-style weight-loss challenge for men and women looking to shed some weight. If you’re ready to lose 10-24 pounds effectively and safely, and keep it off, this challenge is for YOU!

•  Access to our trainers and food coaches
•  Recipes, food lists, on-the-go ideas
•  Private 28-Day Challenge Facebook group for support and motivation
•  Weekly small group training classes (1x/week)
•  Full club access for duration of 28-Day Challenge (non-members)
•  Before and after photos, weekly weigh-ins and measurements
•  Support to help you stay on track during and after the Challenge
•  Recap Potluck Party and prizes awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places

 Monday: 6am with Bernie & 7pm with Sharon
Tuesday: 8:30am with Paula & 7pm with Nathalie
Wednesday: 6am with Bernie & 7pm with Dina
Thursday: 9:30am with Andre & 7pm with Dina
Friday: 8am with Sharon
Saturday: 9am with Dina


1 class per week is included in 28-Day Challenge program fee. Additional small group training classes are available for purchase as a discounted rate.
