I was in a slump. I was carrying an extra 15-20 pounds since going through menopause and needed a catalyst for a change. I wasn’t as active as I once was and was always snacking – especially when preparing foods for my kids. After participating in the 28 day challenge, I now have a greater awareness of how to eat well and lose weight and even my family is benefitting from all that I learned. I know that I can do anything now that I have put my mind to it and look forward to participating in the next 28 day challenge.
I wanted to feel better about myself and I wanted to test out the theory that I am what I eat!! The 28 Day Challenge forced me to take a hard look about why all the diets that I had previously tried before didn’t work. The secret formula is all about eating in moderation multiple hours, exercise and water intake. Which I initially took for granted before starting the program, but have since revised my outlook because the program worked for me and I have managed to keep the weight off.As surprising as this sounds I’m empowered to do the challenge the second time around and lose even more weight!! I’m a firm believer that this program does indeed work, but you have to be 100% committed in order to see results. I feel great and have more energy now than I did in my 20’s, and I owe it all to you Beth!!
This program is a life changer! While there is definitely a learning curve to the meal plan and it takes some planning, it quickly became a new way of approaching food for me. Excellent nutrition guidance provided with all questions answered quickly, and the group training sessions were very motivating. I lost 8 pounds and several inches during the challenge and have lost 5 more pounds since then. Most importantly, I feel GREAT while I continue to train regularly and integrate the meal plan as a new way of life.
I started the challenge with the intention of gaining nutritional knowledge as losing weight didn’t seem possible to me, I work an active job and thought it was out of reach. To my surprise, throughout the 28 day challenge, I found myself not only eating well and feeling well, I was shedding pounds every week! Beth and the entire training staff motivate you to achieve your goals! I highly recommend the program! I participated in the 28 day challenge to lose some extra pounds, honestly I never thought I would lose so much weight. In the end I lost 18 pounds, the daily weigh in at home was a thrill for me to see another pound or two gone each day. ..I was amazed. The 28 day challenge showed me how to eat better and what to avoid and I learned what a healthy plate of food looked like. I was never hungry on the challenge. The plan had me eating every four hours and that worked well for me. I learned how to exercise smarter not longer, and that also helped me. Still today I continue to use a lot of what I learned in the challenge. I highly recommend it all who want to shed a few.
I found the 28-Day Challenge with Beth to be a great experience! The structure of the program once you got started was was easy to follow. As with any weight loss program, it is all what you put into it. I found Beth gave everyone the tools to be successful and it was up to us to use them! I came very close to meeting my weight/inch loss goal and I found it to be a great kick-start to get back on track with my work outs. It has been a couple of months since the program finished and I am still sticking to a lot of it on my own. Thanks Beth!
