An event every week that begins at 10:30am on Tuesday, repeating indefinitely

Fun and easy to follow low impact moves which improve and maintain cardiovascular fitness. Light dumbbells will be used to increase bone density and increase muscular endurance. Perfect for seniors or those just starting an exercise program.
