Event Details

Restorative Yoga is a quiet healing practice designed to open your body through passive stretching. Practitioners enjoy the unique feeling of having their body supported by props rather than their muscles. This type of Yoga is known to be an antidote for stress, symptoms of anxiety and depression. Restorative yoga has also been shown to be excellent complement to active physical practices & counteracting our busy lifestyles.

WINTER SESSION: JANUARY 10 – MARCH 6  |  FRI  |  9:45–11:00AM (no class 2/21)

Register at the front desk. Minimum of 6 participants to run session. Drop-ins welcome.
