Strength training for the young at heart, 65+ years old. Losing muscle mass occurs naturally as we age, but not if we work hard to prevent. Participating in this class requires patience and a positive attitude.
Strength training increases bone density, facilitates weight loss, improves balance, enhances mobility and coordination, boosts mood and self-esteem, reduces stress and anxiety, improves glucose control and sleep quality.
