Members are responsible for booking and canceling their courts. Sorry, our front desk team cannot book or cancel courts for you.
Members and Guests must have a credit card on file to book tennis, pickleball, and racquetball courts by using the member app or portal.
Please be sure to book others you are playing with to ensure fees are split otherwise the booker will be charged the full fee.
Courts may be booked seven days in advance through the member app.
Please cancel your court within 24 hours to avoid the full court fee charged through the member app
Upon arrival, all members must check in at the front desk.
The reception team will verify your court reservation, and collect applicable fees before you go on court unless you are using your card on file.
Guests
Pre-registration is required through our website using this link.
Your guest will enter their name and email address and sign the online liability form
A credit card is required to be online for any paid programs or court fees
Guests must be accompanied by a member before entering the club.
There is a guest fee of $25 per visit, plus any applicable court fee
If you are a current member and your membership does not allow you to book courts, you would still be considered a guest and required to pay a guest fee and a court fee
Cancellation Policy
24-hour advance notice is required to cancel any court time reservation or the person who booked the court will be charged the full court fee ($44).
