GUEST REGISTRATION

To reduce wait time at our check-in we request that your guest complete the online registration and sign the electronic liability form.  Guests are not joining the club, they are joining the Wayside Athletic Club guest network. If you are coming to the club as a guest with a member please use the link below to create your online profile.  This only needs to be done once not for each visit.

• Current members do not create the non-member guest account
• Non-members must create a profile prior to coming to the club 
• A credit card is required to be on file to charge guest fees, court fees, or lesson fees
• Please use the button below to create your guest account and any family members to the account

CLUB POLICY

A guest is any non-member wishing to use Wayside Athletic Club with a host member.  A parent or guardian supervising a child member at the pool is also considered a guest if they are not themselves members of the pool. A child must be 14 or over to be left unattended at Wayside Athletic Club.

Please Note

Parents accompanying their children to the pool will be charged guest fees regardless of whether or not they swim. This policy is strictly enforced during the summer. Parents accompanying their children to the pool, except if they are watching their children participate in a swim lesson or swim team practice will be charged a guest fee regardless of whether or not they swim. this policy is strictly adhered to in the summer.

The following guidelines must be followed:

• A guest must be accompanied by a member when using the Club
• Guests under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult while at the club
• Each guest may visit  5 times over 12 months
• After your guest’s 5th visit, membership will be required
• Guest fees are $12 per person from Labor Day to Memorial Day and $15 per person Memorial Day to Labor Day
• Guests may only use the same facilities covered by their host’s membership
• All paper passes from the past are no longer accepted and void
• If you are playing racquet sports with your guest, they will be charged their portion of court fees
• Each membership may pre-register a maximum of 4 guests per day
• We do not offer walk-ins to use the club without being accompanied by a member
• Guest fees are non-refundable
