As a new member (junior members included!), you’ll receive a one hour complimentary fitness/health assessment, move analysis and goals consultation to get you the most out of your membership. A fitness professional will design a personalized program based on your unique needs and goals and provide you with the knowledge you need to begin your fitness journey safely and effectively.

Valid for new members only. Limit one per person. Must be used within 60 days of joining. $100 value, cannot be redeemed for cash. Non-transferrable and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. Restrictions and fees may apply. 24-hour advance notice is required to cancel once your appointment is  scheduled. Failure to provide 24-hour notice to the trainer prior to your appointment will result in a charge of the trainers fee.

MEET THE TRAINERS

 

Ashlee Noseck

Ashlee is a NASM certified personal trainer. Ashlee developed her passion for fitness through years of competitive gymnastics. She worked with a personal trainer herself, which revealed her own passion to do this as her career.

Ashlee’s goal is to help her clients live a more fulfilling and pain-free life through a functional training approach. She enjoys proving that no matter your age, injury history, gender, or mental-health state, fitness is for you and can provide a lot of value to your life through an individualized approach.

Additional Certifications: CPR & AED, Pain-Free Performance Certificate



 

Luke Noyes

Luke is a NSCA certified personal trainer completing his undergraduate degree at Fitchburg State University in exercise science with a concentration in strength and conditioning. He love all sports and plays college football for FSU.

He strives to help his clients reach their athletic and personal fitness goals in a safe and effective manner. Luke specializes in sports performance, mobility, injury prevention, and strength/power development.

Certifications: CPR certified, NSCA CPT, kettlebell fundamentals certified trainer, NSPA speed and agility coach.



Will Hogan

Will is an ACE certified personal trainer. He has competed in multiple ultra marathons across New England. Will gained his passion for fitness through his love for trail running and strength training.  Will is currently an assistant with the youth program, and he takes a functional approach to training with the goal to make fitness enjoyable for everyone.
