Wayside Athletic Club offers a fresh NEW clean and spacious Performance Center. From individual athletes to team sports; enhanced ability and performance are the goals. The Wayside Performance Center has offers some of the areas best trainers and coaches that have extensive knowledge in personal training and small group training. Our trainers test, assess, custom design and then implement training programs specific to each athlete’s current sport, current level of development and identified objectives.
Personal training within the Wayside Performance Center includes an individualized training program catered to a clients’ goals and capabilities. Workouts are adjusted and modified on the go based on physical progress and coach’s observation. There is no doubt personal training is the best and fastest way to reach results.
Small Group Training (SGT) classes are led by nationally certified trainers and focus on specialized formats such as strength training, endurance, or core. SGT classes are intentionally small – usually no more than 6 participants, which enables the trainer to give individualized attention, encourage progression and skill development and provide a safe and clean environment.
Whether you are looking for a more individualized class or just enjoy a little competition, small group training is becoming more and more popular and here are few reasons why:
