INDOOR LAP LANE RESERVATIONS

Embark on your swimming journey with ease at Wayside Athletic Club! Our indoor lap lanes are available for reservation to ensure ample time to dive into your aquatic workout or leisurely swim. Please take note of our reservation guidelines and cancellation policy:

RESERVATION HOURS: Labor Day – Memorial Day

Monday to Friday: 5:30 am – 8:30 pm
Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 am – 4:30 pm

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES:

24-hour pre-registration is required for lap swimming.
Kindly observe proper lane etiquette when crossing lanes.
For the courtesy of our swimmers, lane crossing during swim lessons is not permitted.
If assistance is needed getting in or out of the pool, please reserve lane 1 (stairs) or lane 5 (ladder) through the “advanced settings” in the app or portal.
Lanes 3 and 4 are designated as shareable lanes for lap swimming only.
Adult lap swimming is open to individuals aged 14 and older.
Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

Please be mindful of others who are looking to lap swim too. If you are feeling ill or can’t make your scheduled appointment, please cancel through the member portal or app. Below is our cancellation policy for lap lanes.

• TO AVOID A LATE CANCELATION FEE OF $10. PLEASE CANCEL YOUR BOOKED LANE 2 HOURS BEFORE THROUGH THE APP.

• IF YOU BOOK A LANE AND DO NOT SHOW UP FOR YOUR RESERVATION AND HAVE NOT CANCELED, A NO-SHOW FEE OF $20 IS CHARGED. WHEN YOU CHECK WITH YOUR SCAN CARD AT THE FRONT DESK IT WILL CHECK IN YOUR RESERVATION TOO. BE SURE TO CHECK IN.

OUTDOOR POOL HOURS

Conveniently located in Marlborough, Massachusetts, our Summer Club offers a retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Join us from May 27, 2024, to September 2, 2024, and discover why Wayside Athletic Club is the ultimate summer destination for families seeking relaxation, recreation, and rejuvenation.

Our outdoor pool hours are tailored to accommodate your summer schedule, ensuring ample time for relaxation and recreation.

May 27- June 16

Weekdays – 1 pm – 7 pm
Weekends – 10 am and 6 pm

June 17 – September 2

Weekdays 10 am – 12 – Sunbathe and kiddie pool use only due to swim lessons in the outdoor pool
Weekdays 12-7:15 pm open swim
Weekends 10 am – 6 pm

Please note that starting June 17, weekday pool hours will shift from 12 pm to 8:00 pm, while weekends remain from 10 am to 6 pm. To ensure a timely closing, the club’s main entrance closes at 5:30 pm on weekends. Be sure to arrive early to maximize your pool time and summer enjoyment.

* Usually starting the second week of August the sun begins to set earlier. When this happens our outdoor pool hours adjust on weekdays to an earlier close time since we do not have outdoor lighting.

HOW TO MAKE AN INDOOR LAP LANE RESERVATION

Ensure a seamless booking process by following these steps:

Credit Card on File: All participants (members & non-members) must have an active credit card on file to register or participate in any paid programming.
Download and launch the “Wayside Athletic Club” App for iOS or Android Phones and log in using the credentials you set up
Using a PC? Go to the member portal and log in.
Tap “Reservations” As Service
Select Swimming & tap done
Select a Date and Duration of 30 or 60 minutes (you can book 24 hours in advance)
Tap Search to see available lanes
For specific lap lanes choose advanced settings on the member app or select the “where” button and check the lane you only want to swim in and hit apply
Select the time you’d like to swim
Tap Reserve
You will receive a confirmation email

INDOOR POOL FAMILY SWIM

Experience quality family time in our indoor pool area with our family swim sessions. Please note the following:

24-hour pre-registration is required.
For family swim reservations, lanes 1 or 2 are available, conveniently located closest to the lifeguard stand.
After booking, please email the front desk to confirm your reservation for a family swim.
Family swim sessions are indoor pool-exclusive.
Bookings can be made through the member portal or the Wayside App, with options for 30 or 60-minute sessions.
