ABOUT SUMMER CLUB

Why do we limit our outdoor Summer Pool memberships? A positive member experience is our main priority! We restrict our memberships to 50 families so the outdoor area never seems overcrowded. Summer Club membership allows full access to the club from May 26, 2025 – September 1, 2025. 

As the sun sets earlier, our outdoor pool hours will adjust since we do not have outdoor lighting. This usually occurs in the second week of August. See our current hours below.

OUTDOOR POOL HOURS

Conveniently located in Marlborough, Massachusetts, our Summer Club offers a retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Join us from Monday, May 26, 2025, to September 1, 2025, and discover why Wayside Athletic Club is the ultimate summer destination for families seeking relaxation, recreation, and rejuvenation.

Our outdoor pool hours are tailored to accommodate your summer schedule, ensuring ample time for relaxation and recreation.

• Memorial Day – 10 am – 6 pm

May 27- June 16

• Weekdays – 1 pm – 7 pm
• Weekends – 10 am and 6 pm

June 17 – September 1

• Weekdays 10 am – 12 – Sunbathe and kiddie pool use only due to swim lessons in the outdoor pool
• Weekdays 12-8:00 pm open swim
• Weekends 10 am – 6 pm

Please note that starting June 17, weekday pool hours will shift to 12 pm to 8:00 pm, while weekends remain from 10 am to 6 pm. To ensure a timely closing, the club’s main entrance closes at 5:30 pm on weekends. Be sure to arrive early to maximize your pool time and summer enjoyment.

* Usually starting the second week of August the sun begins to set earlier.  When this happens our outdoor pool hours adjust on weekdays to an earlier close time since we do not have outdoor lighting.

SWIM LESSONS FOR CHILDREN: DIVE INTO CONFIDENCE

Enroll your little ones in our expert-led swim lessons to instill confidence and proficiency in the water. We offer sim lessons for children all summer long! From beginners to advanced swimmers, our certified instructors provide personalized guidance in a safe and supportive environment.

GUEST POLICY

Members may bring guests but online preregistration is required before coming into the club (see below).  Online pre-registration is in your guest’s name and only needs to be done once. Members must remain at the club with their guests. If your guest has been to the club before they will not need to pre-register again. Please confirm before coming into the club that they have registered by calling the front desk. The guest fee is $15 per person per day. Additional fees for court time or lessons for racquet sports.

A guest is any non-member wishing to use Wayside Athletic Club with a host member.  A parent or guardian supervising a child member at the pool is also considered a guest if they are not themselves members of the pool. A child must be 14 or over to be left unattended at Wayside Athletic Club.

Please Note

Parents accompanying their children to the pool, except if they are watching their children participate in a swim lesson or swim team practice will be charged a guest fee regardless of whether or not they swim. this policy is strictly adhered to in the summer.

The following guidelines must be followed:

• A guest must be accompanied by a member when using the Club
• Guests under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult while at the club
• Guest fee is $25 per person from Memorial Day to Labor Day
• If you are participating in racquet sports there is an additional court fee
• Guests may only use the same facilities covered by their host’s membership
• If you are playing racquet sports with your guest, they will be charged their portion of court fees
• All paper passes from the past are no longer accepted and void
• Each membership may pre-register a maximum of 4 guests per day
• We do not offer walk-ins to use the club without being accompanied by a member
• Guest fees are non-refundable

GUEST REGISTRATION

To reduce wait time at our check-in we request that your guest complete the online registration and sign the electronic liability form.  Guests are not joining the club, they are joining the Wayside Athletic Club guest network. If you are coming to the club as a guest with a member please use the link below to create your online profile.  This only needs to be done once not for each visit.

• Current members do not create the non-member guest account
• Non-members must create a profile before coming to the club 
• A credit card is required to be on file to charge guest fees, court fees, or lesson fees
• Please use the button below to create your guest account and any family members to the account

SAVE ON GUEST PASSES

Save 20% on guest fees and purchase a 10-pack of guest passes for $200!  Please note, that 10-pack summer guest passes are available for purchase and are valid between Memorial Day to Labor Day 2025. Please purchase only what you know you will use. No refunds or credits are given for unused guest passes after September 1, 2025.
