Our Poolside Cycle classes are challenging, fun, and one of the best ways to improve cardiovascular fitness while burning lots of calories! Cycle is a low-impact class suitable for most people and can accommodate all levels of fitness. In case of inclement weather, the class will be moved to the indoor studio.

“I’ve been a Wayside Athletic Club member since 1983 when I first started playing racquetball. As the club grew and expanded, I became more involved. I enjoy the fitness center and the group exercise classes — Zumba and yoga. I used to play in a lot of racquetball leagues: singles, doubles, and mixed doubles. These days I play mostly in the doubles drop-ins three days a week. It’s a great group of people and we really have a lot of fun.”
