NEW Boot Camp with Shaina
Are you ready for a class that will give you the strength from weightlifting and sweat from a cardiovascular workout? That is exactly what this boot camp will give you! With a style of interval training you will burn calories, increase strength and endurance, gain confidence and boost your mental toughness all in one class. This class is for ALL fitness levels, beginner through advanced.

Morning Mobility: This class consists of mobility and activation movements (foam rolling, stretching, and correctional exercises) to help get your body primed and ready to start your day the right way. This mobility session is perfect the beginning or end of anyone’s workout or just to get your day started. Booty by Bands: Target, Activate, Grow! This band and body weight class is a must for anyone looking to grow their glutes and feel the burn. You will be challenged with different movements to help wake up your glutes and help you gain a better connection to them while working out. KettleBell Tabata: This kettlebell class is guaranteed to get your heart rate up. The combination of resistance training along with the intensity of HIIT will help you burn calories while getting stronger! Personal Training Our one-on-one personal training provides a unique program design based on your functional movement screen assessment. Focusing on your individual goals, Wayside personal trainers teach you to maximize your efforts with a more efficient and achievement-oriented program. Svaroopa® Yoga with Nirooshi
Svaroopa® Yoga is a powerful transformative practice that produces profound changes in the body by decompressing areas of habitual tension and holding, especially in the low back. It facilitates flexibility by releasing the body into support rather than by exertion. It is an excellent practice for stress reduction and to relieve aches and pains, especially in the back and neck area. Poses are held with emphasis on skeletal alignment, awareness and breathing. This inward focused, meditative approach to yoga uses props to bring you into deep angles that open the body at its core. Learn how to relax and stretch deeply at the same time.

Join Boot Camp and experience the camaraderie of group exercise with the benefits of personal training. This class runs in a circuit training format using a variety of strength exercises such as squats, deadlifts, push-ups, inverted rows, planks, etc. and ends with an agility circuit to improve coordination. All participants will undergo a functional movement screen (FMS TM ) to determine any limitations to exercise. All exercises are modified according to ability with attention to proper technique. 6 WEEK SESSION: MAY 20 – JUNE 28 | MON, WED, FRI | 9:45–10:45AM

Functional Training with Paula (16+)
Improve your game! General athleticism enhances everyone’s life, even if you don’t participate in organized sports. This small group training class aims to improve functional strength, core stability, mobility and coordination, speed and power, and assist with injury prevention.
This class runs in a circuit training format including speed and agility footwork, as well as a variety of strength exercises such as squats, deadlifts, push-ups, inverted rows, planks, etc.
All participants will undergo a functional movement screen (FMSTM) to determine any limitations to exercise. All exercises are modified according to ability with attention to proper technique.

Fitness for Golf This four-week program will educate participants on golf specific training techniques to improve the golf swing, increase club head speed, and assist with injury prevention. All participants will undergo the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI™ ) golf fitness assessment to help create a custom exercise program. This program will include warm-up, flexibility, strength, and core specific exercises to enhance the golf experience. Tennis Conditioning This six-week program will help prepare you for tennis season. All participants will spend 30 minutes each week on training techniques to improve mobility, strength, balance, agility and power to better their tennis game and assist with injury prevention.
