Outdoor Fitness Classes

We Are All In This Together

Fresh air, open space, and sun and fun are some of the best endorphin-boosters! We believe outdoor workouts are the safest way to get a socially-distanced workout with others from your Wayside Athletic community. We will always keep the safety of our members as priority number one Check out how we are taking your fitness experience outside.

What To Expect

  • You must be an active member of Wayside Athletic Club
  • To allow for adequate social distancing for the activity, the layout of the class will have a minimum of 12 ft distance between each individual activity station per guidelines.
  • There will be no shared equipment per guidelines.
  • The instructor and participants must always comply with social distancing requirements and remain 6 ft apart.
  • Classes will have 1 instructor and a maximum of 9 participants per guidelines
  • All participants must pre-register to ensure group size.  Please email on Saturday or Sunday for the following week.  First come first serve.  Once 9 spaces are filled you will be put on a waiting list.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm your space the night before the scheduled class
  • Have fun in class and celebrate with “Air Fives”
  • Please do not come to class if you do not feel well, or have had contact with an individual who has tested positive for COVID-19 or may have COVID-19. Check your symptoms with the CDC here.
