Paula Lambert is an INCREDIBLE strength coach. I worked with her this winter/spring to prep me for a challenging mountain run: the Inca Trail Marathon. She zoomed in on my weak points on day one. Her assessment was meticulous but she also spent time getting to know me and all my quirks. The exercises she gave me were spot on. They challenged my body and brain but never disrupted my life or running. And they changed me as a runner and helped me fix weak links that had plagued me for years. Plus she’s so fun to spend time with. I finished the race feeling strong and hit all my goals. Thank you, Paula, for helping me get across that finish line!

I started SHRED to try and intensify a relatively new fitness routine. It was a total game-changer. With Sharon’s help, I’m fitter, faster, and stronger than I’ve ever been. Her class is the perfect mix of intense, fun, and a bonding experience with the other shredders. Sharon has an incredible ability to motivate and teach the tools you need to get in shape without being intimidating or off-putting. I strongly recommend SHRED to change up your workouts or bring your fitness to the next level.

If you’ve ever taken one of Sharon’s classes, you’ll understand why they’re always full. Sharon is an amazing coach, and her SHRED class is one of the best workouts I’ve ever had. I worked out every day for months, but it wasn’t until I took this class that I started to see a real difference in my strength and endurance, not to mention my waistline (I dropped 3 sizes)! Sharon designs each session to be unique, making the workouts all the more challenging and fun. She provides individual attention while creating a welcoming, non-judgmental environment, regardless of your fitness level. She’s the perfect balance of tough and supportive, expecting the most from you, while encouraging you throughout the class. I won’t sugar-coat it and say it’s easy. It’s hard work, but it’s never boring and I always leave feeling a million times better than when I walked in to class. Always looking forward to the next one!
