Scott McCartney, Director of Fitness

With over 20 years of experience in the fitness and sports performance industry, Coach Scott leads our personal training team as Director of Fitness. As a United States Marine Corps veteran and Master Sports Performance Coach, Scott brings unmatched discipline, leadership, and expertise to every program he oversees. His training philosophy is rooted in consistency, education, and hard work, creating environments where individuals of all backgrounds can thrive. Whether he’s guiding athletes toward peak performance or helping adults stay strong and capable for life, his mission remains the same: to help others reach their full potential, both inside and outside the gym.

Laura Searles

Coach Laura began her career as a health and wellness professional back in 2012. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, with additional specialist certifications in weight loss coaching, behavior change, corrective exercise, and teaching trauma-sensitive yoga. Her personal training philosophy blends functional strength, mindful movement, and positive mindset coaching to support long-lasting physical and emotional well-being. Whether Laura is leading group classes, personalized coaching, or workshops, her mission is the same: to empower clients to overcome self-doubt, move with confidence, and reach their fullest potential.

Coleman Jackson

Coach Coleman grew up in Massachusetts and graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor’s in Health Science. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and has been training clients for over 5 years. He got into physical training through sport, and continues to play rugby with a local men’s club. Even though he got his start with athletes, Coleman believes that strength training is for everyone. He is excited to work with all kinds of clients to help them reach and sustain their fitness goals.

Chris Belli

Coach Chris has been training on and off since the age of 14 and brings years of hands-on experience to the gym floor. He previously owned and coached at a CrossFit gym and has worked with athletes across a wide range of sports, including powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting. Chris believes there are no shortcuts when it comes to training. You have to trust the process, stay consistent, and learn to work through plateaus while keeping training engaging and fun. He is especially passionate about working with individuals who feel intimidated by the gym, finding real fulfilment in helping people build confidence as their strength and knowledge grow. Having experienced injuries himself through sports and training, Chris places a strong emphasis on proper movement and injury prevention. His goal is to help clients move well, train within their limits, and stay healthy so they can continue showing up without being sidelined by avoidable setbacks.

Jennifer Gray

Coach Jenn is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Framingham State University graduate with a Bachelor’s in Health and Wellness. With 4 years in the fitness industry, she has found a passion for coaching both individuals and group classes, helping others discover their strength through movement. Her mission is to inspire positive change in as many people as she can, guiding her clients to shatter limiting beliefs and build habits that last. Whether in a packed group class or a 1:1 session, Jenn is dedicated to creating a supportive environment where others feel confident showing up as they are and empowered to reach their full potential. She is also a boxing coach, and you can catch her on our group class schedule leading Cardio Boxing, or schedule a private mitt session with her!
