An instructional hour of an intense breakdown of the stroke of the week. Class will focus on a different stroke per week and offer drills using the chosen stroke. Forehands, Backhands, Serves, Volley, Overheads & Return of Serve. Members and non-members welcome.

Singles Strategy Clinic

This class offers drills and instructions to improve your singles match play for both recreational and league play. Members and non-members welcome.

 

Level 3.0 and above

Intro to Match Play

If you think you have some ability on the tennis court, but need some help finding the consistency and confidence to play your game, this is the class for you. Perfect for players who have taken some time off, multi-sport athletes and beginners who are trying to reach a more competitive level. Members and non-members welcome.

Level 3.0 and below

Doubles Strategy Clinic

This class offers drills and instructions to improve your doubles match play for both recreational and league play. Members and non-members welcome.

Level 3.5 and above

Point Play Clinic

In this competitive class, we will choose some common point play situations and discuss what strategies we can use to improve our skills. We then drill that situation through point play. The goal is to improve strategy and get a competitive workout. Members and non-members welcome.

Level 3.0 or below

Cardio Tennis

This is a high-energy workout that combines tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full-body, calorie burning aerobic workout. Members and non-members welcome.

Level 3.0 or below

High Octane Men's Tennis Workout

Join us for 90 minutes of competitive drills on Sunday mornings. A great way to start your Sunday, this clinic consists of 60 minutes of fast-paced drills followed by 30 minutes of supervised match play. Members and non-members welcome.
