Just 6 healthy ingredients are needed to whip up these dense, fudgy “brownies”! Dark, rich and subtly sweet, these flourless treats are naturally paleo, vegan, gluten-free and completely refined sugar-free! A quick and easy snack to satisfy the sweet tooth instantly! Family approved!


4 bananas, mashed
1T vanilla
1 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips


Preheat the oven to 350F. Spray a silicone mini muffin tray.

In a large mixing bowl, add your bananas and mash well. Add the rest of your ingredients and mix well. If desired, fold through chocolate chips.

Pour into muffin cups (24) and bake for 10-15 minutes. Allow to cool completely before removing. Enjoy!
