12 Days of Christmas!

“On the first day of Christmas my Fitness Trainer gave to me…”

Just like the song! Perform it in a ladder-  1 plank then 2 burpees and 1 plank then 3 pushups, 2 burpees, and 1 plank and so on…

  1. 1 Plank for 20 seconds
  2. 2 Burpees
  3. 3 Pushups
  4. 4 Jump squats
  5. 5 Kettlebell squats
  6. 6 Mountain Climbers
  7. 7 Jumping jacks
  8. 8 Alternate Split lunges
  9. 9 Kettlebell Deadlifts
  10. 10 Bicep Curls
  11. 11 Squat Thrust (overhead press)
  12. 12 High Knees
