Warm Up (5 min)
HIIT (high intensity interval training)
– JUMP SQUATS (8 rounds of 20 sec on/10 sec rest)
Strength Training
3 sets of 10-12 reps
– PUSH UPS
– TRX INVERTED ROWS
– KB GOBLET SQUATS
– MED BALL SLAMS (side to side)
– SPLIT SQUATS (drive knee down)
– PLANK TO SIDE PLANK (both sides)
STRETCH, STRETCH, STRETCH (5 min)
