5 Rounds For Time:

2 min – Jump Rope, Bike, Run (Shuttle Runs or Treadmill) or Row

5 Push Ups (Floor or Elevated)

10 Rear Foot Elevated Split Squats (each side)

15 Pull ups or TRX Rows
