After a dynamic warmup, participants will rotate through various exercise stations using kettlebells, barbells, resistance bands, and other equipment. The class includes multiple rounds of circuit training, an ab-focused finisher, and light stretching for recovery. Modifications can be provided to accommodate different fitness levels.
