Event Details

This is a full-body strength and conditioning class designed to improve muscular endurance, cardiovascular fitness, and overall athletic performance. After a dynamic warmup, participants will rotate through various exercise stations using kettlebells, barbells, resistance bands, and other equipment. The class includes multiple rounds of circuit training, an ab-focused finisher, and light stretching for recovery. Modifications can be provided to accommodate different fitness levels.
