I worked with Paula for six sessions over the Summer in preparation for my high school cross country season in the fall. In previous seasons, I regularly struggled with injuries and tendinitis due to poor core and hip strength and it was difficult to even complete the 2.5-month season. After working with Paula, however, I had the fastest season of my life and never suffered any injuries. She showed me the best exercises for my core and hips, and helped me to become strong enough to maintain proper running form. She also taught me the value of proper form when working out! I have been using her exercises at the gym for half a year now, and I’m getting stronger every day, the right way.
