Pool Schedule

INDOOR LAP LANE RESERVATIONS

Monday-Friday 5:30 am – 1:00 pm (lanes move to the outdoor pool at 1 pm)

Saturday and Sunday 7:00 am – 12:00 pm (lanes move to the outdoor pool at 12)

• 24-hour PRE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED TO LAP SWIM.

• When crossing lanes please use proper etiquette

Out of courtesy, crossing lanes during swim lessons is not allowed

• If you need assistance getting in or out of the pool please request lane 1 (stairs) or 5 (ladder)

• All adult lap swimming is open only to those 14 and older

• Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times


OUTDOOR POOL HOURS

May 30- June 23

  • Weekdays – 1 pm – 7 pm
  • Weekends – 10 am 6 pm

June 26 – September 4

  • Weekdays 10 am – 12 – Sunbathe only due to swim lessons
  • Weekdays 12-8 pm open swim
  • Weekends 10 am – 6 pm

June 26 The outdoor pool will open on weekdays from 12  -* 8:00  pm.  On weekends the outdoor pool opens at 10 am and closes at 6 pm. To help with a timely closing of the outdoor pool the club’s main entrance will be closed at 5:30 pm on weekends. If you have not arrived by then you will not be able to access the outdoor pool.

* Usually starting the second week of August the sun begins to set earlier.  When this happens our outdoor pool hours adjust on weekdays to an earlier close time since we do not have outdoor lighting.

For your safety and others around you, please abide by the pool rules.


HOW TO MAKE AN INDOOR LAP LANE RESERVATION

To ensure bookings and cancellations are done correctly and in a timely manner to avoid cancellation fees, members must book on their own through the app or portal not through the front desk.  Below is how to get started.

  1. Credit Card on File: All participants (members & non-members) must have an active credit card on file in order to register or participate in any paid programming.
  2. Download and launch the “Wayside Athletic Club” App for iOS or Android Phones and login using the credentials you set up
  3. Using a PC? Go to the member portal and Login.
  4. Tap “Reservations” As Service
  5. Select Swimming & tap done
  6. Select Date and Duration of 30 or 60 minutes (you can book 24 hours in advance)
  7. Tap Search to see available lanes
  8. For specific lap lanes choose advanced settings on the member app or select the “where” button and check the lane you only want to swim in and hit apply
  9. Select the time you’d like to swim
  10. Tap Reserve
  11. You will receive a confirmation email

CANCELLATION NO SHOW POLICY

Please be mindful of others that are looking to lap swim too.  If you are feeling ill or can’t make your scheduled appointment, please cancel through the member portal or app. Below is our cancellation policy for lap lanes.

TO AVOID A LATE CANCELATION/NO SHOW FEE OF $10, PLEASE CANCEL YOUR BOOKED LANE  2 HOURS BEFORE THROUGH THE APP


INDOOR POOL FAMILY SWIM

• 24-hour PRE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.

• If you want to reserve a lane for a family swim, Lane 1 or 2 are the only lanes available. This is the closest lane to the lifeguard stand

• After booking please email the front desk letting them know your reservation is for family swim

• Indoor pool only

• Book through the member portal of from your mobile device using the Wayside App

• 30 or 60-minute booking
