GUEST REGISTRATION

Registration Required

Members must fill out the form below with all guest information 24 hours ahead of time. You will receive a confirmation email once approved. Your guests will be placed on a guest list for the following day but will not be admitted without being on this list or you present with them. Guests must provide proof of being fully vaccinated in order to be mask-free in the building.

• A guest is any non-member wishing to use Wayside Athletic Club with a host member.  A parent or guardian supervising a child member at the pool is also considered a guest if they are not themselves members of the pool. A child must be 14 or over to be left unattended at Wayside Athletic Club.  Parents accompanying their children to the pool will be charged guest fees regardless of whether or not they swim. This policy is strictly enforced during the summer.

   

  • Members must pre-register their guests 24 hours prior to coming to the club using this link below
  • A guest must be accompanied by a member when using the Club
  • Guests under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult while at the club
  • Each guest may visit  5 times over 12 months
  • After your guest’s 5th visit, membership will be required
  • All guest fees are $10 per person plus court fees if playing racquet sports
  • Guests may only use the same facilities covered by their host’s membership
  • All paper passes from the past are no longer accepted and void
  • Each membership may pre-register a maximum of 4 guests per day
  • We do not offer walk-ins to use the club without being accompanied by a member
  • Guest fees are non refundable
