Make-ups
If a student misses a class, there will be no make-ups or credits offered. This includes registering late for a session.

If Wayside Athletic Club cancels a class due to inclement weather or other such situations, a credit will be issued to the student.  This credit will be posted to the student’s in-house account, to be used for a future class or program.

Coupons and Discounts
Coupons and Discounts may be available from time to time.

Any coupon or discount must be used at the time you sign up and pay for a class.  Coupons and Discounts cannot be applied to anyone’s account after payment has been received for a class.​

Refunds

Wayside Athletic Club has a no refund policy.  In the event you need to drop out of a program prior to the start of a class, a credit will be issued to the student’s in-house account, and that credit may be used for a future class or program.  No credit will be given after the start of a class.

Physical Limitations

If you or your child has any physical limitations, please inform the Instructor or Department Director before the start of the first class.

Late Pick Up

For offsite summer clinics, we ask that parents arrive 10 minutes prior to the end of your child’s clinic. If you are more than 10 minutes late an additional fee of $25 per child for every 30 minutes will be charged.

Acknowledgement of Risk and Waiver of Liability

By registering for this program, I agree that I understand the risks and perils associated with the club’s fitness and sports programs and that I am aware of the risks of personal injury to myself, spouse and/or minor child. I believe that I, my spouse and/or my minor child, has the physical experience and capabilities, is qualified, in good health, and proper physical condition to participate in such activity.  The club urges every participant to have a medical checkup before participating in any of the club’s programs.  I agree to release, absolve, indemnify and hold harmless All Seasons Tennis Club dba Wayside Athletic Club (ASTC), its owners, officers, successors and/or assigns, employees, and agents in the event of personal injuries or accident of any sort sustained while participating in the program.

I hereby grant permission for myself, spouse and/or my minor child participating in the program, to be photographed and/or videotaped by ASTC staff and/or designees of ASTC in conjunction with program activities, for the purpose of future ASTC related promotions. I expressly release and forever discharge ASTC and any of its authorized agents from any and all claims and demands of any kind whatsoever in relation to, or arising out of, the use of my or my child’s image or likeness.

I agree to follow all of the Club policies and procedures, especially those related to COVID19, and understand all of the pertinent refund policies above.
