Each week, a trainer will post a Workout of the Week (WOW) on the board in the Fitness Center. Do it once, twice, or every day to get an awesome workout in without having to plan it yourself!
This week’s WOW is brought to you by Nathalie!

 

Body weight WOW

 

1. 2 rounds of 20 secs squat to jump (take a 20 secs break in between)
2. 2 rounds of 30 secs plank (20 secs break in between)
3. Hip bridge – lift and hold 10 secs then 15 reps up and down
4. 10-12 push ups
5. TRX inverted rows- 12 reps
Repeat 2x
