LOWER BODY BLAST

Repeat Circuit 4x with small rest after each round:

1: Box Jumps (10 Jumps)

2: Racked Grip Kettlebell Squats (12 Reps)

3: Monster Band Walks (10 Steps Each Direction)

Finisher:

Sled Push (3 Sets with 4 Lengths per set)
