THE SCIENCE BEHIND LES MILLS GRIT
There’s no disputing it. It’s scientifically proven that LES MILLS GRIT works. The HIIT training effect means you burn calories for hours after the workout, increase aerobic fitness, unleash fast-twitch muscle fibers and grow lean muscle tissue, burning fat.

Grit is for everyone.  Don’t be shy to work at your own pace and stop when you need to. Your coach will work out on the floor, motivating you and the team around you to go harder. You’re fitter, faster, and stronger than you think. Modifications are always available so this class really is for everyone.

GRIT classes are offered at Wayside Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30pm, Thursday at 9am and Saturday at 8:30am.

Now onto some very exciting news! Please join us in welcoming Jen Verbeek, a National Trainer for Les Mills, to the Wayside instructor team! You can find Jen on the schedule teaching the Tuesday and Thursday 5:30pm GRIT classes.

Jen Verbeek is thrilled to be joining the Wayside Athletic Club team.  She is a Certified Les Mills Instructor in multiple programs (including BODYPUMP® & LES MILLS GRIT®), is a National Trainer for Les Mills US, and the Global Assessment Consultant for Les Mills International.  Jen also enjoys working at St. Mark’s School in Southborough, and loves spending time with her husband and 2 teenage daughters. Jen is happiest when helping others and grateful for the many opportunities her life’s work has given her to do so.  She believes in the awesome power of combining sweat and a smile and looks forward to sharing both with you soon.

Let’s fill Jen’s classes to the brim to welcome her to Wayside!
