The journey to Nationals was paved with challenging summer schedules, injuries, travel, support from family members and lots of mental toughness. None of this would have been possible without our Captain, Chris Perez. Chris made sure we fielded teams for every match throughout the season and long post season. She did the necessary research to set up the best lineups which proved to be critical in order to get us through Sectionals and on to Nationals.

It is customary for each region to bring gifts to their opponents prior to each match. New England brought maple syrup bottles for all of their opponents!

Big thanks to Lynne Owen and Carol Amidon for putting this together.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed this experience! It was a great opportunity. A special thanks to Ron Parlman and Bill Hamilton for all their support throughout the season. Their coaching techniques and strategies helped prepare all of us for battle! Thank you!
