Most people are looking for the simple answers to getting to a healthier state of being.  We all crave the next new gadget, television series, or a new book. Balance your plate. Half of your daily plate should be fruits and vegetables. A quarter of your plate should contain grains with half of those being whole grains. A quarter of your plate should contain lean protein, and it should include low fat dairy.
